About the Programme
Our one of a kind Accelerator Programme is created for skilled professionals of colour with 2+ years of experience in HQ roles like, finance, HR, legal, marketing, digital, eCommerce, supply chain, strategy, analytics, aiming to transition into the luxury, fashion, beauty and media industries.
Programme Overview:
Learn: Participate in 6 expert led workshops led by industry leaders from leading brands: Chanel, Burberry, Harrods, dunhill and Paul Smith to name a few. As well as our signature Network Event to meet leaders and talent acquisition.
Mentorship: Receive unprecedented personalised guidance to support your career shift through CV workshops, interview preparation and insider knowledge.
Resources: Access luxury fashion industry networks and leading employers.
Requirements:
Person of colour, currently working outside the luxury, fashion, beauty and media sectors.
Passionate about and knowledgable about transitioning into these sectors.
Commitment to attend 6 evening workshops and a networking event in central London.
UK resident with the right to work.
