Legal Counsel (6-month FTC)

The role involves supporting a wide range of commercial and operational legal matters across multiple regions, with a particular emphasis on client-related contracts. - Prepare, analyse, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, terms and conditions, technology, supplier, partnership, service, vendor, and licencing agreements.
- Advise on legal issues relating to intellectual property, data protection, regulatory frameworks, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal input supports business objectives and product/service innovation.
- Conduct legal research and assess risks across jurisdictions to inform strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the main legal contact for assigned business units and liaise with external counsel on international matters.
- Improve legal processes by implementing efficiencies, using contract management systems, and standardising templates.
You'll be working with industry-leading brands across the globe.
What you'll need to succeed- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales, Commonwealth or U. jurisdiction) with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in a cross-jurisdictional or international context is essential.
- Strong ability to deliver pragmatic legal advice in a fast-moving commercial context.
- Exposure to the US market is advantageous.
