This opportunity is for an experienced Primary Education Recruitment Consultant to join a large and a very successful Education Recruitment agency in London.

This is an opportunity to take over a large Primary desk which is currently being run by the branch manager who has recently enjoyed an internal promotion and will no longer be running the desk.

The desk covers Primary recruitment of Teachers and Support Staff.

The desk is geographically spread over several affluent boroughs in and around London.

There will be an initial, phased hand over allowing you to spend time getting to know your schools and candidates and their individual and specific needs.

An integral part of this role is providing excellent service to your already loyal and long-standing clients.

You will need to be very organised, caring and a good listener and communicator.

You will have a full resourcing and compliance team helping you attract the best Teachers in the UK and overseas markets and each candidate will be fully compliant.

The desk is very warm generating around £4000 a month in commission which would be transferred to you when you start.

You will be working for a company that has been established for many years with branches in London, the Home Counties and across key areas of the UK and overseas.

The company offer a very competitive basic salary depending on your level of experience (up to £65,000) and have a generous commission scheme.
