cer Financial are working alongside a leading professional services firm. They are seeking a Transaction Tax – Associate Director to join their London team, advising private equity and corporate clients on M&A transactions, tax due diligence and transaction structuring.

Responsibilities:

• Lead tax due diligence and structuring projects.
• Advise clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Manage client relationships and project delivery.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Skills Required:

• ACA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.
• Strong UK corporate tax and M&A tax experience.
• Experience managing clients and complex projects.
• Excellent technical, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
