PROJECT MANAGER

LONDON, UK (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week)

A benchmarked salary between £48,300 to £54,600 based on your level within our progression framework .

Project Managers work closely with teams across the business including, operations, client services, strategy, social media management and creative. You’ll play a crucial role in managing project plans and timelines, reporting on commercials, collaborating with resource management and implementing ways of working.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing the account operations and the day-to-day requirements of your clients including timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working and managing resource requirements

  • Proactively foreseeing commercial & operational challenges and escalating to key stakeholders both internally and externally, when required, as well as sharing recommendations on how to solve these challenges

  • Supporting with administration and management of Projects in our agency-management software (Productive) Ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly

  • Ensure timesheets are updated in a timely manner each week and reporting regularly on how we're tracking with recommendations for improvement

  • Doing what you say to develop and maintain brilliant collaborative relationships with your account teams to deliver seamlessly

  • Saying it simply to ensure every person in the team knows exactly what’s expected of them at all stages as well as clearly & confidently articulating project plans to clients where required

  • This is a client-facing role, so you’ll also be responsible for managing client feedback and ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.

  • 2+ years experience working in social media (agency-side preferable)
