(Project Manager) – Position Overview
Our client is a well–established construction company specialising in residential refurbishments, commercial fit–outs, property restorations, and general construction projects across London.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple small to medium–sized projects.
The successful candidate will manage projects from initial instruction through to completion and client handover, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with senior management, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, you will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is ideally suited to a confident construction professional with proven experience managing residential refurbishment projects who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple residential and refurbishment projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and in compliance with current health & safety legislation
- Monitor project programmes to ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines
- Manage project budgets, procurement, variations, and commercial performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates
- Identify and resolve project risks and site issues proactively
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements
- Oversee project completion, snagging, and final handover processes
(Project Manager) – Position Remuneration
- Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays

(Project Manager) – Position Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and refurbishment projects
- Proven experience managing high–end residential projects from inception to completion
- Good knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and site compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and workstreams simultaneously
- Experience managing project programmes, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance
- Excellent organisational and problem–solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and client–facing skills
- Ability to work effectively within fast–paced project environments
- Competent in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Full UK driving licence
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, and client–focused, with the confidence to manage multiple live projects while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.
