  • Encourage independence, confidence and social development

The Ideal Candidate

  • Calm, patient and resilient with strong behaviour management skills

  • Confident working with non-verbal pupils or those with limited communication

  • Comfortable supporting personal care needs

  • A strong team player who values consistency and collaboration

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

The school welcomes applications from both experienced SEN TAs and strong mainstream TAs looking to move into a specialist provision environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive daily pay (paid weekly)

  • Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement

  • Support from a dedicated consultant

  • Immediate start available

  • Opportunity to work in a well-resourced, inclusive primary setting
