As the Groups & Events Executive at Brown’s Hotel, you will play a key role in the success of our meetings, events, and group business. Reporting to the Groups & Events Manager, you will oversee group bookings and event coordination, ensuring seamless communication, accurate administration, and exceptional client service. Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver outstanding events while driving revenue and supporting the achievement of departmental goals.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Manage the end-to-end process of group bookings and event coordination
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor bespoke experiences
Collaborate with the Sales, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional event delivery
Drive revenue by maximising event conversions and upselling opportunities
Maintain accurate event records and ensure smooth communication across departments
Lead, support, and motivate the Events Services Team to meet targets and deliver outstanding service
