Job Description

The Freelance Digital Studio Artist supports high-quality digital production across email, websites, banners, presentations, video, motion graphics, and other client-facing creative deliverables for Klick’s UK teams. The role works closely with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, UX, Developers, CRM, Operations, and Science & Regulatory teams to turn approved creative into accurate, accessible, and specification-ready assets. Strong hands-on Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and video/motion graphics capabilities are central to the role, alongside disciplined quality control and file management.

What You’ll Do

• Produce specification-ready digital assets across email, websites, banners, presentations, video, motion graphics, and related formats using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and relevant production tools.
• Build, revise, and maintain Figma files, templates, components, and design-system assets while preparing organised files and specifications for developer or production handoff.
• Create and adapt video and motion graphics assets for digital campaigns, presentations, social, and other channels while maintaining brand, accessibility, format, and delivery requirements.
• Develop and polish client-facing PowerPoint presentations, applying strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, templates, and brand standards across complex decks.
• Manage quality assurance, version control, timelines, and organised file structures across multiple concurrent projects while partnering with Creative, UX, Development, CRM, Operations, and Science & Regulatory stakeholders to resolve feedback.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of studio production, digital production design, or comparable agency/freelance experience, with portfolio examples spanning email, web, banners, presentations, or other production-ready digital deliverables.
• Hands-on Figma experience building, revising, and preparing digital files for production, with portfolio or work examples demonstrating components, layouts, design systems, or developer-ready handoff.
• Demonstrated video and motion graphics experience, with examples of creating or adapting animated assets, motion-based digital content, social/video deliverables, or presentation motion.
• Strong PowerPoint production and presentation-design skills, with evidence of creating polished client-facing decks using templates, typography, layout systems, and brand guidelines.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills with examples of accurate digital production, file preparation, image manipulation, typography, and multi-format asset delivery.
• Demonstrated understanding of web and digital production requirements, including accessibility, file specifications, design systems, responsive considerations, and developer handoff.

Desired:

• Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
• Experience working with healthcare communications, pharmaceutical clients, creative agencies, or other regulated review environments.
• Experience producing digital assets across HCP, patient, payer, disease-awareness, or other healthcare audiences.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues with Designers, Developers, CRM teams, Operations, or other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of HTML, GitHub, Abstract, or other code-level or design version-control workflows.
