We offer a fulfilling and rewarding environment, with opportunities for growth, development, and long-term success. Join us and Do your best work at Thérapie!

Lead and inspire teams across multiple clinics, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ensure every clinic delivers outstanding client experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.
Complete regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management across clinics.

Proven management or supervision experience, ideally in a multi-site or operational role.
