Overview

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Account Director to lead influencer strategy and delivery for a major global FMCG brand , working within a leading creative agency.

This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for owning influencer strategy, overseeing delivery teams, and acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders . You'll ensure influencer activity delivers clear brand impact while operating at pace in a complex, high-volume FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead influencer strategy across always-on and campaign-led activity for a large FMCG account

• Act as senior day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships with marketing and brand stakeholders

• Oversee end-to-end influencer delivery, ensuring campaigns are on-brief, on-time and on-budget

• Guide and mentor account and influencer team members, ensuring best-in-class execution

• Partner with social, strategy, creative and production teams to deliver integrated influencer-led ideas

• Ensure all influencer activity complies with FMCG and regulatory requirements (ASA, disclosures, brand safety)

• Own reporting and performance narratives, translating results into clear insights and recommendations

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an Influencer Account Director or Senior Account Director within an agency environment

• Strong background delivering influencer campaigns for FMCG or high-volume consumer brands

• Deep understanding of influencer strategy, creator partnerships, paid amplification, UGC and measurement

• Confident managing senior client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments

• Experience leading teams and overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience working on global or multi-market FMCG accounts

• Familiarity with influencer platforms, paid media amplification and performance frameworks

• Experience integrating influencer into broader social or integrated brand campaigns
