Teacher of Citizenship & Politics
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £37,870.00 - £56,154.00 Annually (Actual) Outer London main or upper pay scale
Start Date: January 2026
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and committed Teacher of Citizenship and Politics to join our school.

The successful candidate will:
- Teach citizenship at KS3 & KS4 and politics at KS5.
- Have a proven track record of raising achievement enabling students to achieve their potential.
- Be able to deliver innovative and creative lessons.
- Have a commitment to improving the life chances of all our students; being willing to go the extra distance to do so.
Carshalton High School for Girls, a member of the Girl’s Learning Trust, is a high achieving school in the suburbs of south London. Confirmed as “Good” by Ofsted in January 2023, we achieved our best exam results to date in Summer 2025.
