Treatment Coordinator - Private Dental Clinic - Clapham, London
Full-time | £15+ per hour

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our well-established private dental clinic in Clapham. This is a full-time, office-based position in an modern work environment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a treatment coordinator in a private dental setting , with implant knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full patient journey, from enquiry to treatment completion

• Conduct consultations and present treatment plans confidently and clearly

• Support patients in understanding their options, finance plans, and next steps

• Work closely with clinicians and specialists to coordinate treatment schedules

• Maintain accurate patient records using Carestack software

• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and treatment acceptance

• Contribute to the practice's growth through excellent service and patient retention

Requirements

• Must be an experienced Treatment Coordinator

• Must have worked in a private dental clinic

• Must have implant knowledge

Working Hours

• Full time, 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday
