Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber – London

£34000-£40000 + Van + Training + Benefits + Overtime

Due to new contracts, our client who are widely recognised as a top 5 employer in the London area and are actively looking for a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber to join their London team working on a range of sites including Offices, Retail, Hospitality and Education (secondary and universities).

Key duties for the Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber will include

* PPM of existing plumbing systems and re-active maintenance including installs where required

* Diagnose faults on hot and cold-water systems including leak detection, pipe replacement and repair

* Ensure plumbing systems are up to building regulations and safety standards.

* Undertake water hygiene duties such as sampling, monitoring and system flushing

* Maintain site logbooks (monthly, quarterly and annual)

The Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber to apply will need

* Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or be Time-Served

* Full driving license (minimum 6 points)

* DBS checked (enhanced preferred)

* Ability to cover the London area (regional work provided)
