The Role
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Quality Assurance Officer to support the delivery and continuous improvement of academic quality across the College. Working closely with the Quality, Compliance and the wider academic teams, you’ll play a key role in strengthening quality processes, supporting validation and review activity, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
What You’ll Do
Support programme validation, approval, reapproval and periodic review activity
Contribute to annual monitoring and academic quality reporting cycles
Track and analyse key metrics including continuation and completion
Support governance committees and ensure accurate recording and reporting
Maintain and improve quality systems and data processes
Provide guidance to staff on quality assurance policies and procedures
Support student surveys (e.g. NSS, AMRs) and complaints processes
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance student experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in academic quality or assessment processes within UK Higher Education
Knowledge of QAA, OfS and HE regulatory frameworks
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
