KS1 Teacher - Battersea
An engaging Battersea primary is recruiting a Part-Time KS1 Teacher to join its KS1 phase from January 2026. This KS1 Teacher role is ideal for someone seeking high-impact teaching hours, great support and targeted CPD. The KS1 Teacher will plan and deliver phonics, early reading and foundational mathematics from January 2026 and will be fully integrated into the phase team despite a part-time timetable.

KS1 Teacher Responsibilities
The KS1 Teacher will lead daily phonics sessions, guided reading and structured writing as the KS1 Teacher. The KS1 Teacher will prepare resources before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and begin teaching from January 2026. The KS1 Teacher will run small-group interventions, liaise with parents regularly and contribute to moderation and assessment cycles.
KS1 Teacher Requirements
• QTS and proven KS1 experience for the KS1 Teacher.
• Confident phonics delivery and strong behaviour strategies.
• Availability for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to teach from January 2026 in a part-time capacity as the KS1 Teacher.
