The Opportunity:
As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you'll play a vital role in expanding the reach and impact of Stream Rewards, our innovative affiliate product. Reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Manager, your core purpose will be to assist in the day-to-day running of this product, which directly contributes to our mission by providing over 3 million everyday workers with valuable discounts on beloved brands like Amazon, Nike, and Samsung.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to directly contribute to driving user engagement, building and maintaining crucial client relationships, and increasing revenue within a fast-growing, socially-conscious fintech. You'll gain hands-on experience in online affiliate marketing, supporting campaigns that make a tangible difference to financial wellbeing.
What will you be doing?
- Build and schedule affiliate marketing campaigns across owned and paid media channels.
- Support internal campaign management and scheduling processes.
- Manage some client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Support with commercial data analysis to track campaign performance.
- Create marketing materials and copywriting for affiliate campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop post-campaign analysis reports for clients, highlighting key results and insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and product integration.

- This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to launch their career in digital or affiliate marketing.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent numerical/mathematical skills are essential.
- Some experience in relationship building or management, demonstrating an ability to foster positive connections.
- Experience in digital marketing (agency, client, or publisher-side) would be highly beneficial.
- A proactive mindset, with a knack for analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
- An understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape is desirable.
- An understanding of or a genuine interest in the financial wellbeing space.
Working policy: We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3days a week in the office
