Your Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences. You'll supervise lessons across various subjects, maintain classroom order, and support students to stay engaged and focused-while upholding safeguarding and behaviour policies.

What You'll Need:
- Experience working with young people (e.g. schools, tutoring, youth work)
- Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management
- Clear communication and adaptability across subjects
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Availability for short-term or ongoing cover assignments
