Housing solutions triage
“The Triage team is part of a pilot we are running within the Homelessness Prevention & Assessment Team. The Triage Team are responsible for responding to new homelessness applications, contacting residents that have a approached the service as homeless or threatened with homelessness and quickly assessing the correct pathway for them. This team are responsible for initial contacts to the service, be that through our phonelines, homelessness inboxes, including duty to refer and reviews inboxes, as well as face to face on reception (on a rota basis).
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of homelessness legislation and a proactive approach. They will assist with the initial assessment and ensuring that the applicant is aware of the process and what they will need to do to prepare for their homelessness assessment.”
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
