Risk & Best Practice Manager/ Risk Lawyer - Top 100 UK Law Firm
Key responsibilities include:
- Advise partners and staff on complex risk, compliance, ethics, data protection and conflict matters.
- Support senior risk leaders in promoting a strong compliance culture across the firm.
- Lead and manage risk and compliance projects and advise on new business initiatives.
- Analyse risk data to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
- Draft and update policies, precedents, communications and deliver targeted compliance training.
- Escalate high‑risk issues, monitor regulatory changes, and coach junior team members.
