Head of Retail
We are currently supporting a luxury lifestyle retailer to recruit for a head of retail. Part of a larger, global organisation that comprises of a number of different maisons, this brand is epitome of elegance, craft and style. Having recently opened a new flagship store in the UK, this luxury retailer goes from strength to strength and is now looking for a leader to elevate its performance to drive it to the next level in 2026 and beyond. The role of head of retail will see you managing the retail and wholesale sales channels, comprising of standalone stores and wholesale partnerships across the UK. You’ll shape the strategic direction of the brand, taking ownership for sales, marketing, supply chain, service and people. You’ll work with the UK retail and corporate teams, whilst also working closely with the global office located in Europe. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience within the luxury sector at a senior level. You will understand how to drive relationships with a variety of brand partners and stakeholders and be able to demonstrate how you have driven the commercial performance of a luxury retail brand during your career. Luxury experience is essential, although the employer is open to product backgrounds. In return, the salary on offer is up to £120,000, depending on experience. There is a comprehensive benefit package on offer which will be disclosed to candidates who apply that have relevant experience.
