The Role
This role will see you work in a small team, focusing on recruiting for companies in Sweden and the Scandinavian region. You will be placing niche candidates into Tech roles within Financial organisations, at mid-senior level.
You will source and interview candidates, and then deliver a first class service to clients.
Sales and business development will also be a key part of this role, as will building relationships with existing clients.
About You
- An experienced recruiter, ideally with a knowledge of the Tech or Finance sector - other sector experience will be considered.
- The ability to speak Swedish is essential, either native tongue or fluent. Other Nordic languages will also be considered.
- Proven billing success
- Drive and determination to progress your career
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
