The Role As a Campaign Project Administrator, you will support the successful end-to-end management and delivery of a multi-stakeholder advertising campaign. Working closely with the Head of Campaign, you will co-ordinate multiple project workstreams, maintain timelines, and track activity. You will work with agency partners and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the required standard. You will support effective stakeholder management and communication, organising meetings, providing project documentation and implementing clear processes. Your aim will be to keep stakeholders informed and ensure changes, approvals and next steps are effectively managed. Additionally, you will: - Manage the shared campaign site
- Organise campaign filing, approvals and stakeholder requests
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas
- Take minutes and action agreed next steps
- Track changes to creative and media work About You To be considered as a Campaign Project Administrator, you will need: - At least two years’ agency- or client-side experience working on consumer campaigns
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and sometimes complicated environment
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Knowledge of consumer marketing tools and how to leverage them
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
