We have an exciting opportunity for skilled Substance Misuse Recovery Workers to join our team in Lewisham on a full-time basis for a three-month contract with the possibility of extension. What you will do:

Manage a caseload of adult service users within both GP Shared Care and Primary Care Recovery service settings.

Deliver person-centred care to OST, alcohol, non-opiate, and alcohol and non-opiate clients.

Provide evidence-based interventions aligned with individual recovery plans.

Collaborate effectively with GPs, social care professionals, and key partners to ensure optimal health and well-being outcomes.

Implement harm minimisation strategies and support the development of personalised recovery plan goals.

Offer Substance Misuse specific knowledge, interventions, and support to assist service users in achieving their recovery goals.
