Brand & Creative Intern

We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Intern to join Palome, a small, fast-growing fashion brand with a strong visual identity and a refined, Parisian-inspired sensibility.

This is a hands-on, varied internship-level role for someone who is genuinely excited about fashion, branding and the creative process behind building a brand. Working within a small team, the successful applicant will be involved across content, shoots, gifting, newsletters and day-to-day studio life. The role will naturally evolve depending on your strengths, but a willingness to contribute across both creative and operational work is essential.

What the Brand & Creative Intern will be doing:

• Assisting with content creation across social platforms, including Instagram posts, stories and behind-the-scenes content
• Creating social and marketing assets using Canva and Photoshop, aligned with Palome’s brand aesthetic
• Supporting the creation of newsletters (imagery, layouts, content prep and visual direction)
• Helping with creative direction support — pulling references, moodboards and visual inspiration
• Assisting with shoot preparation and shoot days (product organisation, asset prep, on-set support)
• Supporting gifting and seeding (organisation, tracking, packing and follow-ups)
• Helping with prep and execution of brand events and activations
• General studio and admin support — being a reliable extra pair of hands across the business

• A genuine interest in fashion, branding and creative marketing
• Confident using Canva, with working knowledge of Photoshop (or eagerness to improve)
• Interested in content creation, newsletters and brand storytelling
• Hard-working, proactive and organised — you take initiative and follow things through
• Happy to get stuck into both creative tasks and admin when needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
