JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Part‑Time Sales Associate to join our Chatham Place Outlet team on a 16‑hour per week contract, working flexibly Monday to Sunday. This role plays a key part in delivering the Burberry Experience through meaningful, personalised customer interactions. As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to retail‑led growth by building lasting client relationships, supporting category development and driving store performance. At Burberry, every interaction is an opportunity to inspire and connect.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver the Burberry Experience consistently across all customer interactions, reflecting our brand values and standards.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals through strong product knowledge and client engagement.
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to support long‑term loyalty.
- Support retail‑led growth initiatives by embracing franchise principles and category development priorities.
- Maintain operational excellence on the shop floor, ensuring standards are met at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a welcoming, inclusive and high‑performing store environment.
