Right now we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to support our projects across the Southern region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll be at the forefront of managing the financial aspects of our most exciting projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and with an eye for quality. Your key responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Take ownership of the financial management of our projects, guiding them from initial planning through to final handover.
- Optimize Costs: Develop and execute cost management strategies that ensure projects are financially sound while delivering maximum value.
- Contract Expertise: Oversee subcontractor agreements, handling everything from negotiations to payments, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and address financial risks, keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Financial Reporting: Provide clear, insightful financial reports that help shape project decisions and strategies.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and excellence.
