Professional Support Lawyer - Private Equity Real Estate
Key Responsibilities Knowledge Strategy & Innovation
- Assess and respond to the evolving knowledge needs of the PERE team.
- Monitor and analyse legal and market developments across private equity, real estate, funds, and corporate law.
- Collaborate with innovation teams to implement internal and client-facing tech solutions.
- Support BD efforts through targeted thought leadership, alerts, and briefing notes.
- Assist with pitches and client workshops, leveraging precedent-driven efficiencies.
- Draft and coordinate articles, updates, and commentary on legal and market trends.
- Work with internal teams to maximise current awareness and cross-practice collaboration.
- Identify and deliver training needs across the team, including practice updates and know-how briefings.
- Support associates in accessing and applying internal and external knowledge resources.
- Develop and maintain market-leading templates, guidance notes, and process maps.
- Curate and manage the team's electronic knowledge bank, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with BD and other practice groups.
- Provide ad hoc knowledge support as required.
