The Opportunity

This is a hands-on concepting and design role for a curious, inventive designer who’s fluent in spatial storytelling and passionate about experimenting with how technology and creativity converge in physical space. You’ll work collaboratively across disciplines and time zones, helping bring bold ideas to life through visual storytelling, prototyping and iteration.

The Role

• Translating ideas into compelling design outputs — from sketches and narratives to 3D visuals and motion-led storytelling.

• Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams to push ideas, iterate fast and refine concepts with confidence.

• Explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance storytelling, immersion and shareability in physical environments.

• Present with clarity and conviction, from workshops to client pitches.

• Work in Figma as part of a collaborative global workflow, helping connect ideas across teams and time zones.

• Create visuals and presentations that articulate creative thinking with precision and emotion.

• Uphold YourStudio’s creative principles — anchor in an idea, design for emotion, say more with less, use your imagination, and commi t.

You’ll bring:

• 5–8 years’ experience in experience design, retail environments, installation or spatial storytelling.

• A portfolio that shows conceptual depth and craft in translating big ideas into memorable physical-digital experiences.

• Strong storytelling, visualisation and presentation skills — confident moving between sketches, storyboards, and 3D visuals.

• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design, plus strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D and sketching.

• Experience in using AI-assisted and generative tools as part of the creative process.

• A proactive, experimental mindset — open to collaboration and confident iterating ideas quickly.

• A desire to create Spectacle — experiences that spark emotion, connect audiences, and define culture .
