The Role
Our Production Assistants work within our Production team to support the smooth running of projects and VFX production. By being proactive, forward thinking and with excellent attention to detail you will help to ensure Untold Studios delivers truly excellent creative projects. You are committed to the quality of the creative work we produce and the nurturing of our client relationships.

Through diligently supporting production in a variety of ways the role will help the successful functioning of the wider Studio. Through working closely with producers and artists you will be able to learn and absorb the fundamental skills required for VFX production.

We are committed to supporting your ongoing development. We will work closely with you to establish a personal progression plan. You are never on your own.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Producers and Executive Producers in the day-to-day running of VFX projects.

• Support the VFX Production team across pitching, bidding and scheduling of projects.

• Coordinate internal team review meetings on projects to help keep the team on schedule for delivery.

• Developing strong relationships with artists, producers and the wider Untold team.

• Working effectively as a part of a team.

• The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.

• Working with the producers to manage your workload as required.

• Working with producers and artists to effectively manage client expectations.

• Exploring opportunities to further your skills.

• Establishing and nurturing client relationships when required.

• Be an ambassador for Untold Studios, through every interaction with clients and production partners.
