Social Media Manager
At Missoma, we believe jewellery is more than just an accessory; it’s a form of self-expression. Founded in 2007 by Marisa Hordern, we’ve grown into a globally recognised brand known for our demi-fine and solid gold pieces, all designed in-house at our London studio and crafted with care.
We’re looking for an innovative, highly motivated, and creatively driven Social Media Manager to take our brand presence to the next level across all major social platforms. If you live and breathe social culture, understand what makes content perform, and are confident both behind and in front of the camera, all while being deeply customer‑focused and able to understand and speak to our core customer in everything we do across social, ensuring all content pays into our key customer brand pillars, we’d love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
At Missoma, we live by three core values:
- Authentic… We value honesty, open feedback, and conscious sustainability. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about people and the planet.
- Collaborative… Every voice matters. We foster inclusivity, creativity, and fun, working together to innovate and grow.
- Entrepreneurial… We think big and act boldly. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, take initiative, and make a real impact.
The Role of the Social Media Manager
You’ll be at the heart of Missoma’s storytelling — creating, editing, and delivering social‑first content that inspires our community and elevates our brand. Working closely with our Founder & Creative Director and cross‑functional teams, you’ll shape how we show up across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube. You’ll manage day‑to‑day channel activity, ensure every post reflects our brand vision, and speak directly to our core customer in everything you do. From ideation and copywriting to trend‑led content creation, you’ll turn insights into high‑performing assets while supporting the Head of Content Marketing on a best‑in‑class calendar for our UK and ROW markets.
