Benefits Specialist
We’re looking for a Reward Benefits Lead to join our Reward team at a leading Insurance firm. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy managing benefits, working with people, and making sure employees get the most out of their rewards.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our UK and international benefits programs. That means managing renewals, keeping our benefits portal up to date, working with external advisers, providing data for payroll and compliance, and supporting wider Reward projects like wellbeing initiatives and reporting.
We’re after someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with both colleagues and external partners. Experience in benefits management, ideally in a complex or international environment, is highly valued, but a proactive, curious approach is just as important.
