SEN Teaching Assistant needed in Redbridge:
Do you have a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs (SEN)?
We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of high-achieving Primary schools across Redbridge . These roles are ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to make a real difference.
You’ll Support Students With:
ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Speech, language and communication challenges
Learning difficulties and behaviour support
The Role:
One-to-one and small group support
In-class assistance under teacher direction
Assisting with IEPs and EHCPs
Contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment
You’ll Need:
Experience working with young people (ideally SEN)
Calm, patient and resilient personality
Good literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSEs)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
