A globally renowned multinational professional services company is looking for a Security Cleared Risk Manager -Defence. The company specialises in programme management, project management, cost management, and consulting across the Defence, Nuclear, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
As a skilled Security Cleared Risk Manager - Defence, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the full project lifecycle. You will ensure robust risk frameworks are in place to support accurate forecasting, informed decision-making, and performance improvement across infrastructure programmes. Your role will drive risk mitigation strategies, support strategic initiatives, and promote a culture of proactive risk management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
*P.S: This role requires Active Security Clearance (SC).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead risk workshops and support project teams in identifying and prioritizing risks and opportunities.
Track risk trigger points and integrate risk data into project planning.
Monitor overall risk exposure against budget and support contingency planning.
Generate concise, timely risk reports for stakeholders.
Support quantitative risk assessments (cost/schedule).
Use tools such as PRA, @RISK, Safran, ARM, Predict, or Power BI.
Required Skills:
Active Security Clearance (SC).
Experience within the Defence industries.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques
Experience in threat mitigation and opportunity exploitation
Knowledge of integrated risk management across risk, cost, and schedule on large programmes
