We are looking for talent advisors to join the tech team of one of our global accounts.
Client: Google
Location: Remote - UK (London/Birmingham) OR Ireland (Dublin)
What you will do:
- You will manage the recruitment process for our tech vacancies.
- Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
- Source top talent across EMEA.
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.
What we would like you to have:
- Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with technical recruitment experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
- Being proactive, autonomous.
- Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sourcing skills
