Strategy and Deals Graduate Associate | Class of 2027

Who We Are

Founded in London in 2003, Alpha FMC is the leading global consultancy to the asset management, wealth management and insurance industries, with over 1,000 consultants across 17 offices and 970+ clients worldwide. From strategy and operating model design to data, digital, and technology implementation, we partner with many of the world's largest asset managers, wealth managers, insurers, and alternative investment firms, as well as private equity, private credit, real assets, and infrastructure firms, to drive meaningful change across the investment management and financial services landscape.

At Alpha, you'll work directly with industry leaders, gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and clients, and develop skills that span consulting, technology, operations, strategy, and financial services. While many consultants build expertise within a particular practice area, our collaborative culture encourages learning across teams and disciplines. Most importantly, Alpha is built around its people. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, entrepreneurial, and close-knit environment where individuals are empowered to grow their careers, build meaningful relationships, and make an impact from day one. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, social events, and a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community, we strive to create a place where talented people can do their best work and build long-term careers.
