A forward-thinking secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint an experienced School Business Manager on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys improving systems, managing resources, and supporting school improvement through effective operational leadership.

The Role

You'll provide strategic oversight of the school's business services while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the school's finances and budget planning

• Leading HR administration and recruitment processes

• Overseeing facilities management and site operations

• Managing contracts and supplier relationships

• Ensuring compliance with financial and statutory regulations

• Supporting strategic planning with the Senior Leadership Team

• Leading administrative and support staff

The Successful Candidate
