The Role – Behaviour Mentor We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a fast paced SEMH School on a long term basis. For this Behaviour Mentor role you will be required to support students on a 1:1 basis ensuring they achieve their highest potential. As a Behaviour Mentor you will have strong behaviour management skills and see the best in every child. As a Behaviour Mentor you must have at least 1 years experience working within a school setting. The School – Behaviour Mentor This is an outstanding Secondary Alternative Provision school that supports young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, often following permanent exclusion for persistent disruptive behaviour. Its ethos is rooted in inclusivity, belonging, and growth, recognising that misbehaviour often reflects unmet needs rather than inability. With a strong focus on placing the child at the heart of education, the school provides personalised support to help pupils achieve, progress, and move on to further education, training, or apprenticeships.
