A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing national team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions across sectors such as healthcare, social housing, education and property development.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering a wide range of finance transactions, acting for lenders, investors, corporates and developers.
The work includes:
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and finance documents
- Leading transactions from inception to completion
- Advising on real estate and corporate finance matters
- Supporting clients in the healthcare and living sectors on impactful projects
- Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
- Building client relationships and engaging in business development
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ PQE in banking and finance law
- Strong transactional experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or corporate finance
- Ability to manage matters independently and lead on deals
- A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
- Passion for delivering excellent client service and building long-term relationships
