Senior Support Work
Hours: 37.5 per week on a 24/7 rota
Pay: £12.71 per hour + Benefits of Working with Us 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)

Requirements for this role to include: Minimum Requirement of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate
One years’ experience of working with adults with physical & intellectual disability.
Up to date Medicines Administration training
Up to date Safety Intervention training
Ability to work as part of a Team or Independently
Key Responsibilities: Deliver day-to-day support according to individual care plans
Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues while respecting confidentiality
Support service users with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social activities
Keep accurate records and notes when required
Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care
Support young adults with learning difficulties, mental health issues, behavioural difficulties, autism, and physical disabilities INDUK
