Business Analyst (RLAM)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) team on a permanent basis in London.
This is an exciting time to join RLAM as we continue to grow our client base and further broaden our asset classes to ensure we are delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
You will have high exposure and interaction with our senior stakeholders to deliver change and maintain efficiencies.
About the role
- Client Group focused initiatives, working closely with the business in their client facing roles.
- Detailed business and systems requirements analysis and documentation.
- Implementation of end to end target operating models.
- Undertakes modelling for significant projects or programmes of change, paying particular focus to people, process, technology, risks, and controls.
- Engagement, reviews and testing with new service providers, modern technology, and architecture.
- Pro-active resolution of issues, designing solutions and presenting recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
About you
- Experienced Business Analyst with deep understanding of the asset management life cycle. Additional exposure to the client facing element of asset management beneficial.
- Change management process, operating models.
- End-to-end operating model design for complex structures and initiatives (BPMN).
- Proven record of delivery including thorough documentation production.
- Experience with vendors and 3rd party applications, with the ability to collaborate and lead across the vendors and stakeholders alike
- Project Management skills to support effective analysis.
- Understanding of touchpoint architecture design, data requirements and relating processes and technology.
- Experience with testing various elements in product design and operating model implementations.
- Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage an overlap of the two.
