Night Nanny

Role: Night Nanny (First-Time Parents)
Location: Victoria, London (with travel)
Hours: 7.00pm – 7.00am
Start: August 2026 (with the option to begin support as soon as possible postpartum)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £250–£350 per night, depending on experience

A first-time family based in Victoria are seeking a highly experienced Night Nanny to support them during the early months following the birth of their baby.

They are hoping to find someone confident, practical, and reassuring, who can take over overnight care with ease and support the household through what will be a significant period of adjustment.

The family live in a spacious two-bedroom flat with ample room for a cot and comfortable working space overnight. There are no pets in the household. The mother will be taking twelve months of maternity leave and is keen to establish a steady, well-supported routine during this time, particularly while breastfeeding is ongoing.

In addition to overnight care, the family would welcome guidance around daytime routines, including advice on feeding rhythms, naps, and how the structure of the day can best support settled nights. They are looking for someone happy to share their experience in a clear, practical way, helping to put strong foundations in place early on.

This role would suit a Night Nanny who is deeply experienced with newborns and young infants, confident in taking responsibility overnight, and able to adapt to the needs of first-time parents. Experience with sleep foundations and gentle sleep training, when appropriate, would be beneficial.

Some travel will form part of the booking. The family will spend time in Wiltshire, near Hatchett, where the parents live, and plan a longer stay in the Geneva region from the end of December. The Night Nanny would ideally be open to accompanying the family for portions of this travel.
