At Smart, our mission is to transform retirement, savings and financial wellbeing, across all generations, around the world.
THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at Smart, you won’t just manage a roadmap, you will define the future of retirement technology. We are looking for a visionary to scale our cloud-native, PaaS administration platform Keystone - a solution built by experts to replace the industry’s legacy complexity with elegant, automated simplicity. You will design the logic that integrates back-end pension management with real-time CX and operation systems to create proactive, self-service experiences for all users of the platform, from Keystone operators to the customers who save.
What will you do?

Mastermind the 70% Automation Shift: Drive a radical transition of the industry's call-heavy and manual omnichannel touchpoints into "no-touch" automated flows.
Dominate the Transfer Market: Capture the 300% growth in UK pension transfers, and upcoming UK legislative change, by building a "one-click" journey that leads the industry in speed and reliability.
Deploy Predictive Technology: Move from reactive processing to predictive transfer tech, anticipating friction points to ensure the fastest time-to-value for pension schemes and members.
Optimise the "Triple Threat" Proposition: Deliver the market’s best transfer product by relentlessly optimizing for maximum speed, superior service, and the lowest cost to transact.
Unify CXM and PaaS: Seamlessly integrate back-end operations and pension logic with intuitive front-end CXM tools to provide a world-class platform experience for partners.
