An outstanding secondary academy is seeking a School Business Manager to lead all operational, financial, and administrative functions, supporting the Headteacher and governors in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, financial management, and reporting
Oversee HR, recruitment, and staff contracts
Manage site, health & safety, and compliance
Supervise administrative and support staff
Provide operational support for governors and SLT
