Employment Advisor
The role You’ll support a small caseload of clients in your local borough, working in community settings such as libraries, job centres, and clinical services. From assessment and job searching through to coaching and in-work support, you’ll be with clients every step of the way. Full training is provided in the IPS model of employment support.
What we’re looking for Experience working with people in a supportive role (any background).
Ability to engage confidently with employers.
Comfortable working in the community with vulnerable clients.
Must have demonstrated hitting target in the same role for at least 1 – 2 years recently within employability
Locations available: Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon & Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey. You’ll be based in one borough.
Assessment day with the charity: Shepherd’s Bush, 8 October (one stage – short presentation, interview, scenario exercise). 3 hours total (one stage).
Contract: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 9–5. Outreach based
