Job Description:
The position requires a Band 6 Locum Paediatric Audiologist for a temporary assignment, anticipated to start as soon as possible and to continue on an ongoing basis for a period of 6 months.

The role is full-time and demands a professional with proficiency in conducting both assessments and rehabilitation for paediatric patients, specifically children aged 6 months and older. The candidate must have prior experience in paediatric audiology and be capable of delivering high-quality care within a clinical setting.

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC registered
• Professional experience as a Paediatric Audiologist, particularly with children aged 6 months and above.
• Competence in conducting comprehensive audiological assessments for paediatric patients.
• Skilled in providing rehabilitative services to children with hearing impairments.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and their families.
• Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body.
• Adherence to professional standards and guidelines as set by the NHS and audiology governing bodies.
