DV Cleared Business Manager
- Manage workflow through the Director's office, prioritising correspondence, tasks, and requests.
- Coordinate programme-wide inputs for key returns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor risks, opportunities, and overall performance against plans.
- Organise meetings and engagements, including logistics, materials, and tracking actions (with a focus on secure meetings).
- Oversee inbox management, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Use digital and collaboration tools to support clear communication across teams.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
- Manage administrative processes, including expenses, purchase orders, and registers.
- Provide line management where required.
