Tiny coats on pegs. Big personalities in the making. We’re working with welcoming mainstream primary schools looking for full-time Early Years Teachers to lead either Nursery or Reception classes. These are proper roles, five days a week, with the chance to settle in and really make your mark. What the role looks like: Nursery Leading a nurturing, play-led classroom Supporting early communication, social skills and independence Creating a safe, structured environment where children thrive Reception Full class responsibility within a mainstream primary setting Delivering engaging EYFS teaching with strong phonics foundations Preparing children confidently for Key Stage 1 In both roles, you’ll work alongside experienced TAs and supportive year group teams who understand that Early Years isn’t babysitting, it’s the foundation of everything. Experience teaching in Nursery or Reception within a mainstream setting Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Warmth, patience and calm classroom presence Someone who can balance structure with creativity Whether you’re an experienced Early Years specialist or an ECT looking for the right first classroom, we’ll match you with a school that supports you properly.
