Job Description:
Own the operational heartbeat of a platform at the center of the agentic evolution of integrations. You will manage sandbox environments monitor API changelogs and research new use cases to drive technical excellence. By bridging the gap between product and partnerships through clear documentation and tooling you ensure a seamless experience for customers.

What you will do:

• Manage and automate sandbox environments including provisioning test data and maintaining health checks to minimize downtime.

• Conduct integration intelligence by monitoring vendor changelogs and OpenAPI specs to maintain a comprehensive integration coverage matrix.

• Research and map API use cases to produce technical briefs that prioritize new connectors based on customer value and effort.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 13 years of experience in technical operations integrations or support engineering within a startup or SaaS environment.

• Is proficient with REST APIs OAuth 2.0 and JSON with the ability to test using Postman and write automation scripts.

• Possesses exceptional technical writing skills to translate complex data flows into clear user-friendly documentation and internal runbooks.
