Sales Manager
Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.
Why we need this role
At Colt, we’re expanding our footprint in the UK large enterprise market and seeking a high-performing New Logo Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new large enterprise customers with an international footprint.
What you will do
- Lead strategic sales engagements with UK-based enterprise prospects.Identify and win new logos through a consultative, solution-led approach.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with technology leaders and executives at multiple levels.
- Collaborate with business development and field marketing teams to execute effective outreach, advance early stage engagements and leverage enterprise marketing tools.
- Drive solution based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including secure networks, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
What we're looking for
You’ll bring proven success in winning new customer partnerships, along with experience selling into enterprise organisations—ideally across telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure. You communicate and present with clarity and confidence, influencing effectively at executive level. With strong consultative selling skills and a strategic mindset, you pair commercial acumen with a genuine passion for delivering meaningful outcomes for customers. You’re comfortable working independently, driven by curiosity and results, and you approach growth with the proactive, collaborative mindset needed to succeed.
